It has recently been restored. It is part of a seven building complex situated
in a beautiful enclosed garden with swimming pool.
The two floor apartment can be found in the central building.

Original and traditiornal materials have been used to restore this building such as:
handmade "cotto" tiles, ceilings in chestnut lintels with handmade "cotto" tiles,
traditional Tuscan fireplace. It has its own private garden.

On the ground floor is a kitchen with electric oven and furniture made
from the original chestnut.
Near the fireplace there is a double sofa bed.

On the first floor the doublebedroom, with very classic furnishings, has a wonderful view of the hills near Farneta Abbey.
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
